After both swabs failed, and LivingDNA has failed to show any sense in urgency in handling matters, they yet again(correct me if I am wrong) screwed up.

I received my second recollection kit. The only problem is I received one swab.

Is this common? If so its really ridiculous to just collect one sample given prior failure of 2.

If I was supposed to receive 2 swabs for recollection, they have failed yet again at a basic job.

Can someone please advise(since they dont seem proficient enough to follow up) If I was supposed to receive 1 or 2 swabs, so I can ship this crap out.
