Very cool! So the time periods(and darkest parts of the map) correlate to where your ancestors were? Is that correct?
Is this fully based on autosomes or does it also incorporate haplogroup migrations?
Can't wait for my results.

Based on your livingdna experience would you recommend them? I know a male with full Spanish heritage and wants to get a good deal.

To make things clear, is it correct that the dots on the map of a certain year represent modern people who you share ancestry with around the year of the map?

The LDNA's description of the feature
"What you call your ancestry will depend on what point in history you are looking at. With the through history interactive map we show the spread of your ancestors today from different points in history. The further back in history you look from the wider the spread of your ancestors until the point you see the entire world map lighting up showing how all share common ancestors together and the fact that we are all made up of all of us."

It is a difficult question. I would prefer that you develop your own opinion comparing my LDNA, FTDNA, DNA.LAND and Eurogenes k15 results.
