U5a2

I was tested at 23andMe and my mtdna came back as U5a2, no sub-clade listed. After running this through James Licks calculator I got the same result (imperfect match) but noticed 3 extras and 2 no-calls. I am hoping that someone can help to set me on the right track to figuring out which sub-clade I belong to (I understand that I should get a full analysis done but I would like to see if my results correspond with a sub).

There are no U5a2 samples in the U5 project that share your extra mutation at 15250. Both 199 and 16223 are somewhat common mutations. You would need to test the full mtDNA sequence to see if you are in one of existing subclades of U5a2 or if you form a new subclade.
