Does anyone know much about this haplogroup? I am African American.

If so, I-M223 appears to originate in Europe.

It has a fairly wide dispersal in Europe, and I guess some of it looks to belong to early arrivals in Britain & Ireland. However depending on any downstreams SNPs it could have a connection to the Germanic countries in Europe.
