Wegene and Haplogroup accuracy

I uploaded my Ancestry DNA raw data and They estimated my Y-dna haplogroup to be G2a which is certainly correct as I checked it previously on different analysis but I'm unsure about the accuracy of my Mtdna haplogoup as some forums suggested that Ancestry DNA may not contain enough information to provide an accurate data for Mtdna so I stay suspicious about the following results:

You are correct that AncestryDNA does not have enough SNPs to define haplogroups. Most of the SNPs appear to have been selected for medical relevance. Your interpretation from WeGene is as good as it can do: you are not in L0 (the deepest split between haplogroups). All other haplogroups derive from L1'2'3'4'5'6. The European haplogroups derive from L3.
