Many fine articles and undoubtedly you are far better read on this subject than I, however I did not see anything about the recent indications in the Mastadon graveyard found on California indicating human presence many many millennia before the 15,000 year mark (though I have not yet read all your links).

Many years ago I concluded that our information is so limited we may be incorrect. It has been a curiosity to me that we could assume that there were no indigenous peoples in the entire Western Hemisphere until the crossing over the land bridge from Asia and this California dig may hold a clue to these people (though we have so little remains). Undoubtedly though they are the predominate influential genetic survivors there were also later mixing between the "Native Americans" and others (like Africans and Europeans and possibly Polynesians) that is usually glossed over. IMO we must be careful not to let our theoretical position (even those with much evidence) dominate the "interpretation" of data.

Due to the lack of evidence in decades past the pedagogues insisted on their accepted Clovis-First theory so adamantly, that science writer Josh Clark in "Were the Clovis the first Americans" tells us “they jealously guarded their ideas and evidence. A "Clovis barrier" shielded by the scientists who formed a sort of "Clovis police" discounted any other theory that placed other cultures in the Americas earlier than the Clovis.” We know from testimonies that scientists and professors who saw and expressed other possibilities were often discredited and mis-characterized in the 1950s now we are again thankfully beginning to open our minds.

Just because something is taught to be true does not assure us it is true and science wonderfully proves this when scientists (in various fields) over time have corrected what we have been taught, and sometimes even re-theorized (like from Newtonian mechanics to Relativity to Quantum mechanics) leading us slowly but closer to the real truth. In the case just mentioned (from physics) the other theories remain and applicable each in their own realm of application while the newer insights just provide a more complete and better "big picture". Another example of this process can be seen in the amazing studies, and now differences of opinion, regarding Homosapien Neanderthalis and Homosapien Altai. In fact, I no longer see them as separate species from Homosapien Sapiens but merely sub-species (varieties) of the same species pushing the migrations out of Africa to a much earlier time than the OMO peoples of 195,000 years ago.

New insights into an ancient Maya kingdom are coming from a remote outpost in the Guatemalan jungle.

Aerial laser maps, excavations and stone-slab hieroglyphics indicate that La Corona, a largely rural settlement, became a key part of a far-ranging Classic-era Maya kingdom that incorporated sites from southern Mexico to Central America, researchers reported on April 15 at the annual meeting of the Society for American Archaeology. Classic Maya civilization lasted from around 250 to 900.

A dynasty of Kaanul rulers, also called Snake Kings, expanded their domain from their home city of Calakmul in Mexico by using La Corona as a relay center for precious stones and other goods from Kaanul-controlled sites farther south, said archaeologist Marcello Canuto.

“Our work supports the idea that the ancient Maya formed interconnected political systems, not largely separate city-states as traditionally thought,” said Canuto, of Tulane University in New Orleans, who codirects the La Corona excavation.
