View Full Version : What is YSEQ's position on ISOGG tree?

Recently on Anthrogenica we have seen FGC recommend to ignore the ISOGG tree due to problems with the SNP acceptance criteria (that is what I understand).
Historically, Sanger Sequencing has been a foundation for the ISOGG tree.
Since YSEQ's forte is Sanger Sequencing what is YSEQ saying about this? Are the Sanger Sequencing types of criteria now obsolete?
