Recently on Anthrogenica we have seen FGC recommend to ignore the ISOGG tree due to problems with the SNP acceptance criteria (that is what I understand).
Historically, Sanger Sequencing has been a foundation for the ISOGG tree.
Since YSEQ's forte is Sanger Sequencing what is YSEQ saying about this? Are the Sanger Sequencing types of criteria now obsolete?
