L1280 found in kit E4464 (Ib Type)

The Finch2 database shows that L1280 was discovered in the WTY of kit E4464, who belongs to Ib Type. Full WTY results have not yet been officially posted.

Three previous Z280+ WTYs tested that location:

215487 (L1232+)

Their chromats, forward and backward, show no mutation (the ancestral allele) at L1280.

So far, L1280 appears to be specific to Ib Type (Polish Project) or M6A (R1a1a and Subclades Project). But we now need a member of (each) P278.2+ , L365+ , and L366+ to prove that L1280 is mutually exclusive of all other Z280 subbranches.
