There is uncertainty about the biological parentage of this person, and I would really appreciate if someone could use the converter to determine the Y-chromosome (as talked about at: http://www.geneticgenealogist.net/2016/01/how-to-get-ydna-haplogroup-from.html) So far, I've been able to convert the file into 23andme format, but I can't use the application because I don't have access to a windows computer.

I've uploaded the genome here: https://sites.google.com/site/genomeupload/genome

Thank you,

Bobby

I could do it in a second, but ytree.morleydna.com is currently unavailable.
Just by looking into few of the positive snp's, I found lots downstream of E, including E-V13.
But there are also some under R1a and I1, aswell as a ton of recurrent snp's.
Is morelydna the only snp-based online haplogroup prediction tool?

I was actually referring to Felix Immanuel's 23andme to Y-SNP Converter which is linked on that page - problem is, it's a windows only application, so I need someone with Windows to do it.

I converted it to Y-SNP's this morning, only ytree.morleydna.com isn't working. Thinking this was also part of your request.
So, the converted file is ready. How shall I transfer it to you?
