The 6 jats on Harrapa were 17-20% northern Euro component. My question is can some jats be even more of the northern euro? Can there be jats with 25% N euro and less south indian/Asi component?

Not that I have seen so far, the rajasthani and haryana jatts and some southern punjabi jatts fall between 17-20% range. The least SI in a jatt sample was a rajasthani jatt around 25%. But in those cases the SI is sometimes hidden in Baloch component.

Disclaimer: The Northern Euro admixture showing up on Harappa isn't real ancestry from modern day Northern Europeans like the British, Scandinavians or Baltic people.

Anyways, highest I've seen in a Haryana Jat was 20% I think but most were around 17-18% while the two Rajasthani Jats were 15-16% and most Sikh Jatts are between 11-15%. I've seen one Sikh Jatt (Sarao) around 17% though. However, Harappa is an outdated calculator. There are better calculators out there now for estimating Steppe (EHG. WHG, etc.) ancestry in South Asia.
