I maintain this mainly on MolGen Forum (http://eng.molgen.org/viewtopic.php?p=17507#p17507) and Facebook J2 group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/2406627768/), but I like to notify also here from time to time:

Another update, mainly for M67. Included is now a proposed hierarchical haplogroup naming (for ISOGG certification). I have registered Z-SNP-names for the most interesting variations (Z6251-Z6276) in J2a-M67. Still not enough time to add update notes - simplified tree will follow, when all is finished. Please notify me on evident errors.
Most interesting is that there seems to be either a massive expansion sub of M67 or the current Y-sequences are not able to catch the unifying variations sub of M67: now there are five brother clade candidates: Z467, Z500/PF5121, CTS3261, Z6265, Z6271. Would be interesting if kit 271774 is positive for one of the SNPs in Z6265 or Z6271. Some caution on the SNPs extracted only from Francalacci et al. study should be applied, because no raw data sequence is yet available and Francalacci et al. (or Sardinian variation) did not have M319 and M47 and PF5116*E samples to better reconstruct the phylogeny between L26 and M67 (PF5116, Z2227, L558) and there is no single listing what samples are positive for M67 and ecquivalents.

I would not say close, but the picture is getting better mainly for the age: http://j2-m172.info/research/age-estimates/

I have edited some text from me to better explain what is needed:

only by providing this data IMO we will have a much clearer picture of the age and mutation calibration of the human Y-phylogeny and true discoveries:
1) Highest-Res Y-Sequences of all existing major J2 lineages and J1, I1, I2 with proven genealogies over many generations of distance.
2) High-Res Y-Sequences of many precisely dated ancient J2 Y-DNA back to some basal sample (near to M172) .
3) Comparison of 1. and 2. and focus on the probability of correspondence of the genetic and archaeological age of clear expansion points, like the Neolithic etc.
