Research on my J-M67 (J2f) line only goes back as far as Greece. Greek surname, though my Y-DNA matches so far have been mostly Sephardic. There is a Spanish and Portuguese surname that is strangely similar to my Greek name and I have a curiously high % of Sephardi in one interpretation of my DNA (FT DNA). Family legend has it that the family originated in Italy and adopted a Greek surname upon arrival.

According to Wiki, J-M67 is found highest among Nakh and other peoples of the Caucasus - pretty low in Greece. Higher in Italy. Any cousins here with more insight into this haplogroup?
