I was looking back over my results and I was curious as to whether there's any overlap in which regions get unassigned when you switch from Complete Mode to Standard or Cautious. For example, my results in Complete are:

South Central England 13.3%
South Yorkshire 9.4%
South Wales Border 8.5%
Northwest Scotland 6.4%
South England 6.2%
Cornwall 5.2%
Southeast England 4.9%
Cumbria 4.8%
North Yorkshire 4.2%
Northumbria 3%
Northwest England 2.9%
Lincolnshire 2.1%

But it Standard and Cautious modes, the 4.9% Southeast England and 2.9% Northwest England go away and become "Great Britain and Ireland (unassigned) 7.9%". Southeast England makes a bit of sense to me since it includes London and I'm assuming is probably a dumping ground category for mixed and confusing DNA. But Northwest is more surprising.

Which of your regions disappear between Modes?

Living DNA reports I am 98.7% UK and seems confident of regional locations in all three modes with the exception that my 5.5% North Yorkshire and 3.9% Northumbria in Complete Mode become 9.4% Great Britain and Ireland (unassigned) in Standard and Cautious Modes.

My 1.3% Scandinavian in Complete Mode becomes 1.3% Europe (unassigned) in Standard and Cautious Modes.

Great Britain and Ireland :

South Wales Border, North Yorkshire, and Lincolnshire are all moved into "Great Britain and Ireland (unassigned)" in normal mode.

South and East Europe :

West Balkans, Tuscany, North Italy and Aegean all disappear in standard mode, and can be found under "Europe (unassigned)" in normal mode.

I lose my Europe South (4.7% from Northern Italy, Tuscany & Iberia), Europe North & West (1.8% from Scandinavia) & Europe East (1.3% from Finland/ W Russia).
My 4.1% Pashtun turns to Pashtun-related and my 88.1% Great Britain and Ireland remains the same.

Within my Great Britain and Ireland subregions 3.9% moves to unassigned. From a visual perspective my Aberdeenshire (2.7%), Lincolnshire (6.8%) & North Central England (3.9%) disappears meaning 9.5% of those 3 categories are reallocated to other X-related groups without that specific geography colored in.

My results in Complete mode -

Europe 98.8%

Great Britain and Ireland 96.2%

Northwest England 36.1%
South England 20.6%
Cumbria 9.7%
East Anglia 7.5%
Southeast England 5.5%
Northwest Scotland 4.4%
Southwest Scotland and Northern Ireland 3.3%
Aberdeenshire 2.5%
North Wales 2.2%
Northumbria 2.1%
Orkney 1.2%
South Wales Border 1.2%

Europe (South) 2.6%

Sardinia 1.5%
Tuscany 1.1%

Asia (South) 1.2%
Pashtun 1.2%

In Standard mode -

My East Anglia disappears entirely.
I get Great Britain and Ireland (unassigned) appearing with 11.9%, which seems to be the entirety of my East Anglia but I'm not sure where the rest has come from.
My Europe (South) becomes Europe (unassigned).
My Asia (South) becomes World (unassigned).

In Cautious mode -

The largest component is North-Wales related ancestry at 39.5% which presumably is the bulk of my Northwest England component plus bits from other adjacent regions.
South-England related ancestry is my second largest component at 26%, which presumably is my Southeast England, East Anglia and bits from other adjacent regions.
Cumbria-related ancestry is 15.1%, which presumably is my Cumbria plus some of the Scottish, Northern Irish and Northumbria components.
Orkney-related ancestry is 3.7%, which is the Orkney and Aberdeenshire components added together.
Great Britain and Ireland (unassigned) remains the same as it is in Standard mode.
Europe (unassigned) remains the same as Standard mode.
World (unassigned) remains the same as Standard mode.

Europe 100%
Great Britain and Ireland 98.2%
Southwest Scotland and Northern Ireland 36.4%
Ireland 19.6%
Southeast England 6.7%
Northwest Scotland 5.3%
South Central England 5%
North Yorkshire 4.7%
South Wales 4.4%
Cornwall 4.1%
North Wales 3%
Devon 2.8%
Orkney 2.1%
South England 2.1%
East Anglia 2%
Europe (North and West) 1.8%
Scandinavia 1.8%

In my standard, Scandinavia 1.8% becomes Europe unassigned 1.8%
East Anglia 2% and North Yorkshire 4.7% gets put into Great Britain and Ireland unassigned 6.7%.
Just note that these regions aren't actually accurate. I should be just getting Irish in my results with possibly just 1 or 2 small regions from Britain. I don't know of any ancestry from Britain but I do possibly have some ancestry from there going back. I do get percentages in Scandinavian areas on my Ancestry DNA test though.

From complete to Standard I lose:

To GB & Ireland unassigned:

4.1% Northumbria
2.8% South England
1.3% North Wales
1.3% SW Scotland & Northern Ireland

To Europe unassigned:

2.4% Scandinavia

From standard to Cautious I lose:

21.5% NW England to ???
8.3% Ireland to South Wales Border related
4.5% SE England to ???
3.1% Lincolnshire to Central England related
1.7% South Wales to South Wales Border related

Though my Cautious map doesn't show it, The NW England ancestry has obviously been assigned to Central England ancestry, and the SE England ancestry has been assigned to East Anglia related. My Cautious map weirdly removes SE England and places NW England instead as East Anglia related.
