Hello everybody,
I read on Eupedia that Corsicans are 49% R1b... but I couldn't find what subclade...
Do you know if they are all or nearly all L2?

From unpublished data I have, it is mostly U152, but not L2 nor Z36. Looks like it may be more like Sardinian U152 which is mostly PF6658+

The kit with an unknown origin in the U152 project under the subclade called "U152> L2> Z41150> Z49,Z68> BY3620 et al. > BY3613,BY3615 at al." is Corsican.
I'd post the kit # but I see that the match is only shared with project members. The kit is the subject of an academic study, so I don't know that there is actually a privacy concern. The study evaluates whether the male line is a transplant from the British Isles and concludes that there is no reason to think it is.
PM me if you want more details.

I've seen a Corsican who was Z56.
