i have just been reviewing the results on my brother-in-law's DNA analysis. His Y-chromosome analysis shows Haplotype R-M222 with the Subclade R-DF109.
The M222 Haplotype is very common in North West Ireland where he comes from. Does anyone know where I can get any more information on the distribution of the subclade?

The R-DF49 and Subclades Project (https://www.familytreedna.com/public/R-DF49) is a good place to start (M222 is a subclade of DF49).
