even if it disappears or when its genes may be transmitted to a X-chrom; I am sure that in the future it doesn't matter anyway; why would we project the same natural progression of evolution if we have technology which today already is able to control and alter DNA?

This process is called Muller's ratchet (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muller%27s_ratchet). One (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007%2Fs10577-011-9252-1) of the commentaries mentions that there hasn't been gene-loss in the Y-chromosome since humans and chimpansees diverged 6 million years ago.
