What makes you think that? J1c, and subclades, are overwhelmingly European and incidence of J1c, and subclades, turning up in the mideast, or elsewhere, tends to be inferred as European introgression at some point.

J1c2e which is upstream from J1c2e2 was found in two ancient specimens. One was a Corded Ware (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corded_Ware_culture) sample radiocarbon dated to 2500-2050 BC and another was in Unetice (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unetice_culture) sample radiocarbon dated to 2200-1550 BC
