I'd like to test the following Y-STR markers:
DYS453 - http://ybrowse.org/gb2/gbrowse/chrY/?name=DYS453
DYS484 - http://ybrowse.org/gb2/gbrowse/chrY/?name=DYS484
DYS588 - http://ybrowse.org/gb2/gbrowse/chrY/?name=DYS588

I have received the following reply from YSEQ to my "Wish a STR" request:
The evaluation of these markers will take a few months. We can't promise they will become available.

From Genebase I have received:
When the Y-DNA 101 STR marker test is run, a large panel of markers from the Y-DNA 101 panel are tested. When the test is complete, the system automatically filters the markers in the test panel to remove those that are weak and only release the top 101 markers. Y-DNA STR markers DYS453, DYS484, DYS527, DYS588 are markers in the test panel, and if you see these markers listed on the results report, it means that they are strong enough to be reported by the system. If you do not see these markers listed on the results report, It means that they are weak, and not strong enough to be reported. So it is possible that I'll pay $339 and receive none of the required STRs. :\

Is there any other lab that can test them?

While not exactly what you are asking, the three markers are included in the list YFULL extracts from NGS tests. They were all reported in my Y Elite.

Ditto James. Peter, here is the bottom half of the report by Yfull. The mentioned DYS are all there. Good Luck!

Thank you for your comments. I know that YFull reports them but I would like to verify their values by the traditional method. The YFull STR analysis is very good but sometimes they use different definition.
