I received my paternal grandparents PCA results this morning and thought I share some nMonte models. You can learn more about the PCA here:
http://eurogenes.blogspot.de/2018/01/genetic-maps-featuring-67-ancient.html

I received 3 sets of PCA plots and coordinates: West-Eurasia, Eurasia, and World. The following models are based on the Eurasia PCA.
It's a work in progress, I don't have that much experience with modeling yet. Note that the choice of ancient samples for the models is limited by the sample set (67). Anyway, feedback is welcome.

Not at all. My paternal grandpa is a native from Sakarya, which are called Manav. My grandma is from Giresun.

Yes, he did. But I'm not sure that he is offering it as a "mass product", given that he is not officially advertising it to users. So, I don't wanna provide false information. Just write him an email if you are interested: eurogenesblog@gmail.com.

Did you get also their position in PCA?

As I stated in the opening post, I received 3 sets of PCA plots (PDFs) and coordinates (text files). I suppose you are referring to the coordinates? Without coordinates modelling wouldn't be possible.

what i meant was whether you can share your part of PCA plots. The pdf files on eurogenes blog are too big :(

OK, I see. Well, the PDFs I received are equally big, you need to use the search function to find them on the plots. I'll create some PCAs later, where I'm included too, and post them here.

So, as promised, here are some plots:

This is a West-Eurasian plot, me and my grandparents are the black filled squares. I cluster with the central Anatolian Turks (violet empty squares), whereas my grandparents cluster with North-Caucasians:

And this a World plot, incl. a zoom-in. Me and my grandparents are the crimson filled squares. I cluster again with the central Anatolian Turks (same color as before), whereas my grandparents pull towards Central-Asia:

There are many Adyghe(mostly Shapsug and Ubykh) and especially Abkhaz villages in Sakarya. Could it be that he is North Caucasian? Do you have your family history?

I guess your question stems from his position on the West-Eurasian PCA. My grandfather does not have North-Caucasian ancestry, he is a native of Sakarya, which are called Manav. I provided this information in post #3 (https://anthrogenica.com/showthread.php?13280-My-paternal-grandparents-nMonte-models-based-on-PCA&p=340206&viewfull=1#post340206), which you might have missed.
