Are the Helix based Geno 2.0 Next Generation tests transferable to FTDNA?

Can't seem to find a definitive answer...

if they are regular NG then yes, if they are NG Helix then no

well if you have NG Helix, then you can no finally download some RAW data, perhaps it could be manually packaged in some way to trick FTDNA to take it?? or you could pay the $400 or so for the full exome data download and that surely has enough SNPs to work perfectly at FTDNA, but you'd have to do some sort of manual repacking to mimic a different type of file, so perhaps the answer is maybe, but with some to a lot of effort and perhaps then only with spending for full exome download from Helxi?

The Helix raw data has only 178,000 SNPs at best, not enough for FTDNA to consider reliable. The complete Exome+ data from Helix might or might not have enough SNPs for FTDNA -- that depends on how many SNPs are included with the "+" portion. However, the raw data download costs $499 and would take a lot of bioinformatics expertise to convert it.
