Are the Oghuz Bayats related somehow to the Mongol Bayads?

Yes, the Bayats are probably a Turkic tribe who were assimilated into the mongol confederation.
Also there is a differentiation in around the 15th century in some sources, which claims "mongol bayads" were named kara-bayat (black bayat) and Turkic ones ak-bayat (white bayad). The split of these two must be before Turkic migrations to the west.
There is even a Bayad tribe in india of rajput origin.

What century were they assimilated by the Mongols? I am curious because in a thread on the Mongol star cluster there were a couple Y dna haplogroups mentioned that had similar distributions among modern populations including mine.
