Whats up with YSEQ?!?!

Hi all,

So I have my match that I wanted to test for my novel SNPs over at YSEQ. I emailed them twice within the last 3 days, and I received no response. I called the contact number on their site, and it automatically goes to the voicemail of one person(personal line?).

I left a voicemail(that was yesterday morning). I still have yet to receive any response after repeated effort. Are they on vacation or something?

They usually respond very well to emails vs. phone calls. They also live in Berlin so there is a huge gap in time zones.

My match even sent an email by responding to the email chain. Included his kit number as well. Still have not received any response as of today.

This is getting a little ridiculous. What gives? I have left 2 calls and 4 emails at this point. It is now Tuesday(since they returned yesterday), and I am yet to receive a response. Does anyone from the company comment on these forums? whats with the lack of customer service response?

I've never seen a YSEQ representative post on these forums. It's best to contact them via their traditional channels or their Facebook group.
