CTS1460's basal territory is Transcaucasia, the Armenian highland, Taurus and Zagros mountains. The highest frequences are in Dagestan and Chechen Republics of the Russian Federation.

Though there is a couple of European clusters and some lonely lines. Unfortunately we have not yet the known European subclades (the branches marked with the SNPs) since very little CTS1460 Europeans made the NGS tests.

What do you think about the presence of J-CTS1460 in the Levant? Is it Hurrian, possibly older, or more recent?

I think they are more recent because we can't find any old or organized cluster there.
