Salam arkadaşlar,
my father took a livingDNA test and got them back. He got some interesting and a bit strange results (link to results).
LIVINGDNA https://imgur.com/a/T1utb

His background is quite strange as he is 'turk' from a small village in the Hamadan province of Iran surounded by non-turks. Ever since we was just a kid he has been told by his great grand mother that part of their village are originally from Anatolia, which is collaborated by their tongue being strangly reminiscent of ottoman turkish, both in grammar and word-choice. According to her they migrated to the region during the Ottoman-Safavid Wars (not sure of which one) and that they settled in the area after their ancestors initially migrating to Qom in order to purchase the lands that would become my fathers future village. Of course, this is all hear tell, and the truth is often quite different from what is percieved as reality.

However, my father did recieve alot of both european and turkish admixture from the livingDNA results, as well as having a Mt Haplogroup (J1b1a3) that seems to be clustered in europe and western part of turkey (according to LivingDNA). Strangely, it seems to be absent from iran, even though Europedia claims it to be present in the north (but then less than even 0.5%). His YDNA (R-Z93) seems to originate pretty much south east of Iran (even though I don't know the exact subclade).

I have, of course, ran it through GedMatch and will link some of the results below. It seems to favour my great great grandmothers claims in some calculators, but in some is changes drastically. I should also mention that the genorate for the calculators are really low - around 25% to be exact. Some calculators give him as much as 79% turkish with the rest being either Sindhi/Baloch/Brusho/Punjab (populations with quite high R-Z93 frequency) - this pattern is found in many different calculators.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide me with.

Your results look like iranian azeris and iranians. Oracles are only guesses.

I doubt that there is baloch-like ancestry in hamadan or qom, since 79% anatolian turkish + 21% baloch will be meaningfull.

Here are my eurogenes K13 top mixed oracles for comparing:

1 89.9% Kurdish + 10.1% Balochi @ 2.51
2 91.3% Kurdish + 8.7% Kalash @ 2.52
3 90.1% Kurdish + 9.9% Brahui @ 2.58
4 88.4% Kurdish + 11.6% Makrani @ 2.66
5 88.8% Kurdish + 11.2% Afghan_Pashtun @ 2.68
6 77% Iranian + 23% Ossetian @ 2.81
7 92.4% Kurdish + 7.6% Burusho @ 2.82
8 93.1% Kurdish + 6.9% Punjabi_Jat @ 2.85
9 92.1% Kurdish + 7.9% Pathan @ 2.86
10 73.5% Iranian + 26.5% Georgian @ 2.92

I understand what you are saying, but how come I don't recieve any Azeri on the calculators that do in fact have these references?

This is my father's dodcadk12:

I don't know. Perhaps because of the references used for azeris are azerbaijani azeris not iranian azeris. if there is really some anatolian its minor.

I guess it is possible, but even if you are right, I should be receiving some. My mother, who is from northern Azerbaijan (the country), gets Iranian Azeri and Azerbaijani Azeri basically interchangeably. The factors that makes me believe there might be an anatolian origin is the MtDNA and background history.

"From Bayezid II (d. 1512), the empire had difficulty with the heterodox Qizilbash (kizilbas) movement in eastern Anatolia. Forced relocation of the Qizilbash continued until at least the end of the 16th century. Selim I (d. 1520) ordered merchants, artisans, and scholars transported to Istanbul from Tabriz and Cairo. The state mandated Muslim immigration to Rhodes and Cyprus after their conquests in 1522 and 1571 respectively and resettled Greek Cypriots onto Anatolia's coast." From WIKIPEDIA

"Removal of populations from along their borders with the Ottomans in Kurdistan and the Caucasus was of strategic importance to the Safavids. Hundreds of thousands of Kurds, along with large groups of Armenians, Assyrians, Azeris, and Turkmens, were forcibly removed from the border regions and resettled in the interior of Persia. That was a means of cutting off contact with other members of the groups across the borders as well as limiting passage of peoples. The Khurasani Kurds are a community of nearly 1.7 million people deported from western Kurdistan to North Khorasan, (northeastern Iran) by Persia during the 16th to the 18th centuries.[50] For a map of these areas see.[51] Some Kurdish tribes were deported farther east, into Gharjistan in the Hindu Kush mountains of Afghanistan, about 1500 miles away from their former homes in western Kurdistan (see Displacement of the Kurds)."

I think, it might have been this.

Hey, my father is mostly Azeri Iranian. Here are his Harappaworld results (maybe it helps):
From what I have seen North Azerbaijanis and South Azerbaijanis don't differ much in terms of autosomal DNA:
