My 23andme test put me in haplogroup R-P311 and the uploaded Wegene results put me in haplogroup "R1b1a1a2a1a2b3b" R-S47. Would these haplogroups fall under R1b-U106 or R1b-P312?

See https://www.yfull.com/tree/R-S47/
P312>U152>Z56>S47
Z56 is common in North and Central Italy and in a part of Switzerland (south and west).

The OP of this thread was also mislead due to a false positive from 23andme v5 for S47 which 23andme knew to ignore but WeGene didn't. In case anyone ever sees this thread from a websearch also see https://anthrogenica.com/showthread.php?15561-Warning-about-S47-in-the-23andme-v5-test-MorleyDNA-com-Y-SNP-and-WeGene&p=502645
