V10a Ireland/Scotland?

I received my FMS FTDNA and it returned v10a. My matches are mainly from Ireland and Scotland by far. Does anyone knows if V10a is related to Ireland/Scotland? Thanks!

Eupedia says found in the British Isles, NW France, and Sweden, although I'd join the project and look at all the people they have identified.

Mostly Irish, then Scottish... followed by english people on that ftdna group... few people from other parts of northern Europe.
