A BigY result turned up recently for somebody who's positive for Z2956, Z2977, Y2601 & Y2602 but negative for M222 and 27 other SNPs on the M222 level.

About time someone spilt the 'M222 superblock', I'm assuming the results will be submitted for inclusion on Alex Williamson site?

It would seem FTDNA have updated their haplotree to reflect this result...

Hope he'll consider ordering the SNPs missed by BigY.

Not sure who we are talking about here, a MacNab was found by me to have split 4 SNPs including Z2956 off the M222 block in spring 2016, this was posted on FB and has been on my chart for yonks... currently awaiting results from a Y Elite test arranged by me. The original find was on a Chromo2 test and the data was confirmed by Jim Wilson and Angelina Kritz.

Very cool news. Keep us posted on this for those that are "in the know".
