Could someone walk me through the process of what a new person with the latest 23andMe raw data would do to order the transfer?

Do they still need to order another test first?

Thank you.New or existing FtDNA customers can purchase an Autosomal Transfer of their aDNA testing results from 23andMe or AncestryDNA for $69 but its on sale for $49.
