On their website, it says the following regarding uploading raw DNA files from other testing companies:

23andMe© (.txt file, Build37)
AncestryDNA™ (.txt or .csv file, Build37)
Family Tree DNA (.csv file, Build37) - mtDNA only or yDNA only files are not eligible. Please note that FTDNA files download as a .gz file. This will need to be unzipped to a .csv file before we can accept the upload.
MyHeritageDNA (.txt or .csv file, Build37)

Have you tried to upload it as a .csv file as well? Did it work this time? I do not have access to Ancestry since I haven't tested my DNA there.

I've uploaded and keep getting the following message

We are currently experiencing issues with the admixture and oracle calculators. It is not possible to compute new results, we apologise for the inconvenience and are working on a solution.

how long does it take for them to calculate results? Ive had my ancestry file uploaded for weeks and nothing so far. Most other places take two three days tops...

Had mine uploaded for weeks too. My guess is they've put the uploading stuff on the back-burner while they get through the Christmas sale stuff?

The email from them to me said 30 days however some here have waited as long as 2 months for results
