With the AncestryDNA updates, most Afro-diasporans are scoring more Cameroon/Congo and Benin/Togo and almost no Nigerian.

I know Congo/Angola region was the largest single point of disembarking from Africa during the slave trade, but I know Beninese slaves were very few outside of Cuba, Haiti/Dominican Republic and Brazil. So I wonder the accuracy of the new results.

Still, it is likely that Congolese and Angolan ancestry plays a large part in much of the African diaspora.

We often discuss Afro-diasporan ancestry as "West and Central African" but how much was from Central Africa specifically?
