It appears that the raw data file does not include any no-calls, so it's hard to tell how many SNPs are actually tested. If people wouldn't mind sending me the list of SNPs from their autosomal file, I'll compile a consolidated list. My email is [email protected]
Also, if you have tested at other companies, could you post a comparison of your results for SNPs that are in common? GEDmatch Genesis has a summary for that in a 1:1 comparison "Pct SNPs are full identical"; or you can use David Pike's utility

If you use Pike's utility, you will need to add a new header line at the top of the file that has the word 23andMe in it, e.g.
