Yfulll upgrade to hg38

How long does this take? I upgraded on 3rd January and data is still being processed.

I uploaded 8 hg38 upgrade BAMs on January 2nd and the processing was finished on January 7th.

Well it looks like they've cocked up with mine then as another person said their one was done in a few days. I've looked for a contact address to chase this up but can't find anything.

Petr got it in 5 days. Another person in about 4 days. It's been 12 days so far me.

What do you see in Upgrade column at https://www.yfull.com/myorders/ ?

It is a bit confusing that if I go to https://www.yfull.com/upgrades/ , I still see "Data is being processed..." but if I select any of my kits, data is ready.

there was a small technical problem due to one of your private SNP.
19577401 G → A (BY5218)
19577400 T → A (BY135125)
In fact, it turned out to be one compound InDel 19577398 TGTGGC → TGAGCA

We have now corrected this situation and continued processing.
