Hello,

I can't have my Helix Exome+ file because it costs $499 to download it. However, I do have my raw data file from Geno 2.0. What can I do with that file? I just wanna know more subclades for my haplogroup.

Thank you!

https://dna.jameslick.com/mthap/

Hi, if you want to upload your mtdna data to use James Lick's tool, I can help with that if you don't know how, but I'm not sure where you could go to upload your ydna.

The site won't accept the file though as is so you'll have to put the data in a notepad instead. You'll copy and paste only the Mt letter results (mine are numbered 1-16559) so probably copy and paste those in a different sheet first to make it easier. There's 2 columns with letters but you only need to copy and paste one of them. There'll be hyphens in some spots so you'll have to find and replace all hyphens with the letter N first and then you should be good to go to upload it :)

I think you should download your free file and see if the result is actually correct.
