Haplogroup assignments are based on Y-DNA SNPs, so the answer to that question would be "yes, nearly every regular poster here can assist". If that's the case, post the SNPs in question, and you'll be set.

However - did you mean to ask about STRs instead? If that's the case, the answer is "it depends, based on how many you've tested and if you happen to be in a well-tested and/or youthful cluster".
