Calculating Genetic Distance

To calculate the Genetic Distance between my kits and others. I am struggling to use it though. Anyone know how to use it, and receive accurate results?

"Accuracy" is only a good as the mutation rates utilized. Mutation rates are estimates, not absolutes, so what you get back should taken as one potential view of the relationships. Some results/branches in a data set may due to the presence of extra step mutations (number found > number expected).
