Here is YFull's haplotree for R1a-Z92 (https://yfull.com/tree/R-Z92/) (or simply R-Z92). R-Z92 began to expand about 4500 years ago, according to YFull. (Many experts add about 10% to YFull's age calculations.) Note that R-Z92 has many subclades, sub-subclades, etc.

FTDNA's Big Y Block Tree for R-Z92 consists of:
42% Russia
18% Poland
8% Ukraine
6% Belarus
6% Germany
5% Finland
4% Lithuania

Of course, this composition comes from FTDNA's clientele, which comes disproportionately from some countries. (For example, Finland's representation in FTDNA's database is far out of proportion to that country's population.)

Yes, Yseq's R1a-Z280 Panel (https://www.yseq.net/product_info.php?cPath=27&products_id=10169) is quite economical. Once Yseq has determined your most recent/specific subclade, you can look it up on YFull's haplotree or ask someone here to look it up on FTDNA's Block Tree.
