More than 400 Anatolian Turkish GEDmatch kits

Our project has 400+ GEDmatch kits and ~80 raw data files from Anatolian Turks. You can find our public Turkish GEDmatch kit numbers on the spreadsheet below, you can also find the GEDmatch kit numbers of other ethnic groups from Anatolia (Anatolian Greeks, Kurds, Armenians and so on) on the second page of the spreadsheet.

We have divided Anatolian Turks into 3 population groups based on the main dialects of Anatolian Turkish.
I: Turk_East
II: Turk_East_Black_Sea
III: Turk_Anatolia

The Central Asian ancestry is strongest in the third group (Turk_Anatolia). Most of the samples of the second group (Turk_East_Black_Sea) have little-to-no Central Asian ancestry.

Hi, the gedmatch numbers are missing in the spreadsheet . Can you write them?

Nice work! Is there a reason Izmir and Manisa have been counted as Southwestern? Geographically I think it would make more sense to count them as Northwestern. It looks a bit 'uneven' now

I can't see the Gedmatch kits, nor the results of the Anatolian Greeks, Armenians etc. on the spreadsheet. Any chance of including those?
