LP is considerable genetic advantage when milk is abundant.

However without this adaptation it seems to me that consumption of raw milk is practically useless to increasing calorie intake. Why then are present day Mongolians and their genetic ancestors such large producers and consumers when they both lack LP adaptation.

Can anyone explain this for me with regard to the article below:

Because their main dairy consumption is in the form of fermented dairy products like cheese and yogurt?
