Can someone who is good at modeling try to run a model on each of these, to see how much, approximately, of their ancestry can be attributed to the following sources:

Italic
Mycenaean Greek
Levantine
North African
NW European/Norman

For the following:

Italian_Calabria
Maltese
Italian_Campania
Sicilian_East
Italian_South
Italian_Basilica
Italian_Apulia
Sicilian_West
Italian_Abruzzo
Italian_Molise
Italian_Lazio

I cannot help, but have a question: What is the difference between Italian-South and Italian-Calabria?

''Italian South'' might be a mixture of several regions. I'd personally exclude those, or specify where this individual has ancestry from.
Italian_Lazio makes no sense, as Lazio basically stops being Lazio (genetically speaking) at the southern fringes of the region which was formerly part of Campania thus in reality being part of the Mezzogiorno.
