list of Y-SNPs from the 1240K capture

Several papers use what they call a 1240K capture to target a limited number of SNPs. Is a list of the Y-SNPs captured by this technique available anywhere?

I have found a paper from 2015 which briefly describes the process: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4918750/
According to this paper, it targes 32,681 SNPs on chromosome Y. I am especially looking for which Subclades of R1b-U106 are covered by this method.

Looking at U106 SNPs I note the following SNPs are showing up in this report

The following SNPs are NOT showing up in this report (and presumably are not included in the 1240K capture)*

*It may be that no-calls for the individual referenced (SZ20) may not show up in the report, so it is possible some of these SNPs may actually be in the 1240K capture.
