I know that Archaic humans were extremely prognathous , but did Prehistoric Humans from Eurasia for example (Mesolithic/Paleolithic) ,
had higher prognathism than modern humans , and if so why ?

There are different types of prognathism (maxillary, mandibular (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/4f/Prognathism3.png)). To my knowledge, Paleolithic and Mesolithic modern humans (H. sapiens), unlike the Neanderthals and other extinct hominids, weren't significantly more prognathous than modern-day populations.
