Haplogroup wise, they are unique, they have multiple haplogroups (E-M81, E-M78, R-V88,E-M2, A..) , but we don't have any autosomal from there.

It was an important node during the Trans-Saharan slave trade. I think they will be like those Southern Morocco samples autosomally but shifted towards Egypt.

They don't look often sub-saharn at all , they are tribes but some tribes is mixed with sub-saharan in them ,
