Is there anything much known about the U5a1b subgroup U5a1b4, like date at which it diverged and it's distribution, where other carriers are found?

As far as i know this direct line goes back to an Elizabeth Joy born in 1814 in Ashford, Kent. I don't yet know anything further than that, and of course Ashford is/was a centre of a travel network then, so not sure if that line comes from Ashford, or where it comes from before that if it doesn't.

Here are my mother's results from mthap. Basically seems to be U5a1b4 with an extra mutation at 16362C i think:
