My daughter submitted a kit to GEDmatch.com. Her mtDNA Haplogroup is type H. In the YDNA column there is an entry R-S660. I didn't expect to see an entry in that column.

Does anyone have any idea of the significance of that entry in the YDNA column? I am mtDNA J1b1a1a and YDNA R-M222.

R-S660 is also known as R-DF109 (https://yfull.com/tree/R-DF109/).

My YDNA is R-M222 subclade DF109, but my daughter is female. Why does she have any YDNA?

That YDNA entry is put there by the person who submitted the kit.
It is NOT generated from the DNA uploaded.
The only person who would be able to enter YDNA information is your daughter.
Under normal circumstances anyway.

As he said, YDNA entry is put there by the person who submitted the kit, and gedmatch offers the option of adding your father or brother YDna, even if you are a female.

Another less likely option is that a female has the Swyer syndrome, but only affects to 1/80,000 women.

There exists also the case of men with XX, that "genetic abnormality" is known as Le Chapelle syndrome.

But the 1st option is most likely, she add her brother or father Y haplotype.
