by isogg 2019 data

I have been working on fixing your updated positions and it seems to be working but needs more testing. How did you create the updated file?

Here's an updated file. I had to remove indels and one line had : character which Yleaf didn't like.

First

Download data from (example):

https://isogg.org/tree/HaplogroupR2019.html

Then open the file in Microsoft Excel

We also drag and drop the hg19.txt or hg19.ref file into Excel

Then go to the 2019HaplogroupR.xlsx file
Scroll down to the data section and replace the data in the hg19 file
And we save at the end
