They are just Y-STR matches from different subclades, you can ignore it.

Only FYI. For E-M35 haplotypes Y-STR matching is only minor line weapon

It depends on your goals. They will show you the closest matches but what time frame is important to you? If you go to YFULL, you will find that all three share the branch, BY3880 which is estimated to be 4400 YBP.

BY3880 > FGC44169 > A9723 which is 2900 YBP

BY3880 > Z5018 > S2979 > Z16659 > Z16659 > Y3183 > S2972 > Z16661 > BY168279 which is 1400 YBP

BY3880 > Z5017 > Z5016 > Y3762 > CTS6377 > CTS9320 > Z16988 > BY34282 > BY50887 > BY155704 > BY176411 which is 600 YBP

With respect to genetic distance, Y111 is GD = 10 according to FTDNA (but usually it is much less). Y700 is around double the mutations,
so GD = 20 would be related. So GD = 31 to 39 is not related 1500 years at best. But we do know that these three testers share
BY3880 which actually 4400 YBP. So they are related to each other - but around 4,400 years ago (which is useful to some testers).

Also, YSTR GD becomes pretty meaningless around 2500 YBP. Any connection before that time frame will have more "hidden" YSTR
mutations that exist but can not be observed through testing living testers. YSTRs are not reliable for very old connections such
as BY3880.

The number of markers for two haplotypes of the Yfull format is 400 as default. You can use the real value (400...500 markers). The rate constant (0.0016) remains approximately the same for all values in this range.
