When Taking in Count the other Values Combination , It could be an Indicative of a Basal Branch somewhere Under V22 (Like Abusir's basal and rare Mutation at an Early Position beneath the tree).
The Author's relying on Whit Athey Predictor in this case is actually Problematic with It's poor Accuracy recorded Sometimes .

Well, Nowadays There are Several Cases of DYS390<23 recorded For E1b1b Samples , and this is improving the Probability Percentage for E1b1b .
Even that DYS19=19 still stands for E1b1a favor , Yet Worth to note that Specifically E-V22 Positive Samples Enjoys a High DYS19 Value than any other E1b1b clade (reaching 16 btw) While Normal E1b1b is 12/13 .
So likely that a Clearer Test Would Clarify Something very like to Abusir's basal results up .

I've always wondered why haplotype predictors are sometimes considered as accurate when achieving a certain result, but then haplotypes are discarded as "impossible" in other circumstances, not sure for politically correct reasons or otherwise. Despite the fact we have at least 1 Egyptian mummy who is confirmed R-M269, and another late Bronze Age Ashkelon R-M269 who had some association to Egyptian court if I'm not mistaken. Yet everyone said an R1b result for King Tut was impossible, I'm just not seeing why.

(On topic) Most likely this haplotype is some form of E1b, despite not being close to any living member today. (if my recollection serves)
