FGC6064/M365 has a pretty distinct STR modal easily recognizable even with 12/24 STRs.

For today YFull tree has 2 Chinese samples in haplogroup J1.

1. Sample YF63544 (https://www.yfull.com/tree/J-Z27681/) from J-Z27681, Ningxia province China. He has the TMRCA of 5600 ybp (6900<->4400 ybp) with the people from Iberian peninsula and 5700 ybp (6800<->4600 ybp) with the sample from Chechnya, the Russian Federation. I know the person from Chechnya. He is the Qadi of one of the Chechen districts.What's interesting, before he made the test it was known that he is of Arabic descent. Though Z27681 has no Arabic samples on the YFull tree yet. Islam is the major religion in Ningxia among the Hui Chinese.

2. Sample YF66218 (https://www.yfull.com/tree/J-Y4348/) from J-Y4348, Xinjiang autonomous region of China. Islam is the major religion in Xinjiang among the Uyghurs and the Hui Chinese. He is closer to the Arabs than sample YF63544 having TMRCA of 3300 ybp (3800<->2800 ybp) with the samples from the Arabian peninsula.

The estimated ages of both samples do not allow to look at them as the results of some Neolithic migrations or so on. The history of Islam in China (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Islam_in_China) is more likely though even YF66218 for now seems to be relatively far from the Arabs of YFull J1 tree.

Kirgiz and one turkish in same subclade (not sure whether that turkish sample is ethnic turkic or not)
Looks like result of islamic expansion given the parallel subclades are exclusively arabic.

Sample id:YF77441 from Gansu province of China has appeared in CTS1460 (https://www.yfull.com/tree/J-CTS1460/) on YFull tree.

Gansu is 92% Han and also has Hui, Tibetan, Dongxiang, Tu, Yugur, Bonan, Mongolian, Salar, and Kazakh minorities. Gansu province's community of Chinese Hui Muslims was bolstered by Hui Muslims resettled from Shaanxi province during the Dungan Revolt. Gansu is also a historical home, along with Shaanxi, of the dialect of the Dungans, who migrated to Central Asia. The southwestern corner of Gansu is home to a large ethnic Tibetan population.

I don't know yet what ethnic group id:YF77441 belongs to. We have one Dungan result in ZS12644 (https://www.yfull.com/tree/J-ZS12644/) (id:YF73489).

Balochi HGDP00074 is on the same F2306 (https://www.yfull.com/tree/J-F2306/) branch with the Finnish sample. There is also the information that one Armenian sample appeared having the STR-prediction for F2306. Big Y-700 has been ordered for him.

Sindhi HGDP00197 is on the Y60194 (https://www.yfull.com/tree/J-Y60194/) branch with a man from Italy (Palermo) and scientific ERR445281 India_Hindu_Hindi sample from Chambers et al. 2014 The South Asian Genome (https://bura.brunel.ac.uk/bitstream/2438/11182/1/Fulltext.pdf).

Brahui HGDP00045, Brahui HGDP00015 and Brahui HGDP00043 - all three are ZS1711* (https://www.yfull.com/tree/J-ZS1711/).
