A new batch of samples.
Generally, it looks like in France_MN_FLR we only have 2 happlogroups.
All G2 are from exactly the same branch, and all H2 are from exactly the same branch.
Time difference between the first and the last samples from Fleury-sur-Orne site is more than 600 years, but only find 2 Y-chromosome haplogroups here.

H2 has some wrong data in the actual isogg. Not without info about some branches, but just wrong and it adds some mess.
Results show derived SNPs both for H2a1 and for H2c1a, that should be from different branches.
I guess, this mess is the reason why so many neolithic H2 results are classified as just H2, without more detailed branch.

Here we also see that neolithic Y-chromosomes are from many millenium long dead-end branches.

Yes, he has one positive SNP at G2a2a1a level - but it is a C->T SNP, could be deamination.And he has 1 ancestral SNP at G2a2a1 level.
